8 TO 13 YEAR OLD ONLY!!
 
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2020
 
EASTON BALL FIELDS (across from Walmart and next to Dakota Ridge High School)
 
1:00 PM TO 5:30 PM
 
8 and 9 year olds        1:00 pm
10 and 11 year olds    2:30 pm
12 and 13 year olds   4:00 pm
 
***PLEASE BRING ALL NECESSARY EQUIPMENT WITH YOU AS NONE WILL BE PROVIDED......PLEASE WEAR PROPER BASEBALL ATTIRE TO THE TRYOUT..CLEATS REQUIRED.
 
ALL 8 YEAR OLDS WANTING TO PLAY REGULAR YOUTH BASEBALL AND NOT MKP, PLAYERS NEW TO DRSA,  ANY PLAYER WHO PLAYED ON A DRSA TEAM LAST SEASON WHO HAS BEEN PUT BACK INTO THE TRYOUT (you will be informed by your coach), AS WELL AS ANY PLAYER WANTING TO CHANGE TEAMS, INCLUDING MOVING TO A HIGHER LEVEL TEAM, MUST ATTEND THE TRYOUT.....NO EXCEPTIONS. ANY PLAYER WHO HAS BEEN ROSTER PROTECTED BY THEIR COACH (you will be informed by your coach) SHOULD NOT ATTEND THE TRYOUT.
 
 
FEES AS OF RIGHT NOW ARE SET AT $0 AS WE APPROACH THE DIFFERENT CHANGES FOR YOUTH SPORTS. ONCE THE SEASON IS DETERMINED AND FINALIZED, THEN ALL APPROPRIATE FEES WILL BE ADDED TO EACH PLAYER'S ACCOUNT.  2021 BASEBALL FEES ARE TBD AT THIS TIME.

FEES ARE NOT BEING COLLECTED AT THIS TIME. THEY WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN A DETERMINATION IS MADE REGARDING THE SEASON. 2020-21 FEES ARE TBD AT THIS TIME, AS ARE SEASON DETAILS.

DAKOTA RIDGE SPORTS ASSOCIATION OFFERS YOUTH BASKETBALL TO BOYS AND GIRLS IN GRADES 2 THROUGH 8. OUR TEAMS PLAY IN THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CONFERENCE BASKETBALL LEAGUE. WE WELCOME PLAYERS WHO WANT TO BE A PART OF A QUALITY COMMUNITY PROGRAM! THE SEASON USUALLY BEGINS THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING AND CONCLUDES SOMETIME IN MID-FEBRUARY. PRACTICES ARE HELD AT OUR AREA ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS. OUR COMPETITIVE LEVEL DR FEEDER TEAMS IN GRADES 5 THROUGH 7 WILL ALSO COMPETE THROUGH A GOLD CROWN LEAGUE, WHICH BEGINS IN JANUARY OF EVERY YEAR.  **ALL FEEDER PLAYERS/TEAMS WHO COMPETE IN A GOLD CROWN LEAGUE WILL ALSO BE COMPETING IN THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CONFERENCE BASKETBALL LEAGUE, WITH THE EXCEPTION BEING ALL 8TH GRADE FEEDER TEAMS.  PAYMENT FOR FEES IN BOTH LEAGUES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR FEEDER TEAMS IN GRADES 5 THROUGH 7.  ***8TH GRADE FEEDER TEAM FINAL FEES WILL BE DETERMINED AFTER THE TRYOUTS AND TEAM FORMATIONS.***

DRSA WILL NOT BE PROVIDING A 2020 GOLD CROWN SEASON DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID SITUATION.  IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS INTERESTED IN PLAYING GOLD CROWN VOLLEYBALL, GRADES 5 THROUGH 8, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO GO TO THE GOLD CROWN WEBSITE AND REGISTER YOUR DAUGHTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND BE PLACED ON A TEAM THAT WAY.

2020 YOUTH SOCCER EVENTS
 
 
7 to 9 year old Fall Soccer Skills Camp
Sept. 14, 21, 28, Oct. 5, 12, 19 and 26.
4pm - 5pm
DRHS Soccer Field
$95 per player
 
Skill training will involve learning to control the ball with and without pressure.
 
Each player will bring a soccer ball and water.
 
***Jeffco Health Dept. Covid-19 rules will be followed for all training. Masks will be worn at all times except when the player is training on the field. Players temperature and illness history will be recorded at each session. Players will be socially distanced at all break times. Only one guardian per player will allowed at each clinic. All guardians must wear a mask at all times when attending the soccer clinics.***
